The pandemic has brought on significant changes to the way we live. More and more, homes are becoming hybrid (aka work/live/play) spaces, with the integrated home office becoming almost a permanent fixture.

Kalyn Guo, who runs interior design studio Home Journal, decided to purchase an old four-room resale flat in Jurong with her husband. At 1,000 square feet, the unit is just nice for the couple and their young son. It also has enough space for a home office, and for her staff to work during the day.

From an open-concept kitchen with a pantry and hidden features, to a well-planned out office space with moveable furniture, and even automated lights and curtains, Kalyn shares how this home has been designed to suit diverse needs in this video.

Stay tuned for the video home tour, and more on the story
