Home Type: 3-bedroom Condominium
Floor Area: 1,800 sqft
This 3-bedroom condominium at Park East is heavily influenced by popular Balinese resorts, albeit with a more contemporary slant. The design team from Add Space wanted the home to feel cosy and inviting and at the same time, wanted to give it all the trappings of a modern home. As such, the basic canvas of the home is a clean, all-white interior, complete with design elements like a stone-like feature wall in the living room, horizontal strips in the dining room and patterned frosted glass that looks into the kitchen. To bring in the Balinese influence, the designers added warm wood floors, intricately designed wall panels and dark wood accents. The result is a home that confidently walks the line between relaxed resort and trendy living.
