With its signature blend of sculptural form and everyday function, NAU has become a leading name in Australian furniture and lighting. The brand is known for creating pieces that prioritise comfort and craftsmanship — perfect for modern homes where flow, flexibility, and understated elegance are key.
Following its recent European debut at 3daysofdesign in Copenhagen (18–20 June 2025), NAU now presents a collection of new designs at CULT Design. First unveiled at Galerie Mikael Andersen during the Copenhagen showcase, this selection reflects NAU’s ongoing commitment to simplicity, quality, and approachable luxury.
Here are the highlights:
In today’s compact flats and apartments, every piece must work harder. Designed by Tom Fereday, the new Cove collection balances generous comfort with refined craftsmanship. Whether as a lounge chair or sofa, its sweeping curves and frame in solid oak or walnut timber bring an inviting presence without feeling bulky. The design features wooden bars that gently hug the backrest, creating a visually open form that offers the kind of comfort worth making space for.
Also by Fereday, the Nola Table Light is a serene mood-setter. Crafted from hand-cast crystal glass and honed solid stone, it emits a soft, ambient glow through a concealed light source, making it ideal for bedside tables, reading corners, or entryways. Available in two sizes, its weighty sculptural base adds presence, while the warm luminosity creates atmosphere without distraction.
Alongside the new releases, NAU’s showcase at 3daysofdesign included established favourites created for comfort, versatility and timeless appeal. The Billo seating collection by Adam Goodrum, for example, is defined by its soft curves and plush cushioning, offering lounge-worthy comfort that is perfect for everyday downtime.
Another all-time favourite is the Molloy series, also by Goodrum, which presents a mix of dining and coffee tables, as well as chairs, all unified by elegant simplicity. These versatile pieces transition smoothly between dining and living zones, bringing a sense of visual flow to open-plan homes.
Last but not least, the Aran Sofa by Goodrum offers a refined, well-proportioned silhouette, great for those seeking quiet luxury. Its soft structure is elevated by a distinctive hand-stitched bolster, adding a layer of crafted detail that sets it apart in any living space.
