This reconstructed terrace house was developed by Unimax Creative to be an architecturally modern nest. Fully furnished with six bedrooms, this corner terrace house also features an outdoor swimming pool, a built-in lift system and a luxury suite with a spacious roof terrace.
The use of marble accentuates the elegance of this spacious living room. A dark grey wall forms the backdrop for the display case and the TV, not only adding depth to this space, but also complementing the soothing atmosphere. The well-balanced mix of ambient and mood lighting adds to the cosiness.
In the dining area, a dark-coloured dining table and black chairs maintain the sophisticated look. To the side, clear glass panels provide a good view of the lengthy swimming pool. These sliding panels can be opened to offer the homeowners and their guests direct access to the swimming pool.
Occupying the entire level of the third storey is the grand master bedroom, which comes with an en-suite bath, living hall, balcony and a big roof terrace. Porcelain tiles with an wood grain effect gives this space the warm look of wood while offering the easy maintenance of tiles.
Fully clad in marble from top to bottom, this en-suite bathroom oozes with style and elegance. The frameless mirror makes this open-concept bathroom look even larger while the long vanity counter with twin washbasins provide plenty of space for two people to use at the same time.
