Not many homes can pull off a look that is grand yet homely. This landed house however, manages to pull it off with panache. The luxurious space is characterised by an earthy colour palette, smart furniture choices and carefully-planned living spaces. Marble floors run throughout the entire first floor, complementing the cosiness with a cool ambience. The living quarters, living room, dining room and dry kitchen – are connected in an open-concept layout that contributes to the sense of airy openness.

Conversely, the upper levels are decked out with parquet flooring for a warmer feel. The bedrooms and the study are coloured in with natural hues, with a calming combination of browns and whites taking precedence in the rooms.
