For this four-bedroom terrace house, the sense of tranquility starts from the moment one enters its driveway. The designers from The Interior Place worked with the homeowners’ existing furniture to produce a contemporary look, which is livened up with the artful use of champagne gold wallpaper stretching past the dining room and all the way to the of the house.
Given that the house comes with an air well, the designers made full use of the space by incorporating a koi pond. This water feature contributes to the calming ambience with its simple lines and subdued grey tones. What used to be a bedroom on the ground floor has now been converted into an open concept kitchen, which comes complete with an island that looks out to the pond.
