In this condo, the designers have ushered an atmosphere of calm into the living area with the use of soft recessed lighting. It spans across the ceiling and highlights the curved beam. The clean-lined style treatment of the television console with a fuss-free recess for entertainment peripherals also helps project a more spacious visage.

In the kitchen, the design team went for an open-plan approach and added a central island counter connected to a custom-built dining table. Recessed lighting bring emphasis to the neat and orderly overhead cabinets, which aligns with the homeowners’ request for a relaxed and organised kitchen.

A curved detail frames the entryway to the master bathroom, and the use of frosted glass for the sliding door extends some light into its confines. The addition of a pendant light above the vanity counter softens the scene and complements the wall sconce that’s outside the bathroom.

The most serene space in this condo is the master bedroom, where the soft interplay of lighting and curves ushers in a zen setting. Here, the designers engaged calming neutral tones and light wood-look surfaces to enhance its purpose as a sanctuary for rest. A frosted glass panel that looks into the master bathroom amplifies the sense of lightness as well.
