Terms & Conditions:
1. The Giveaway is from 0900hrs 9 September 2022 to 2400hrs 11 September 2022 SGT (both dates inclusive)
2. You must be 18 years and above (as of the start of the Lucky Draw Period) and be a Singapore citizen, Singapore permanent resident or Singapore resident (with a valid employment pass or work permit) to participate in the Giveaway.
3. Lookbox Living reserves the right to change the giveaway period at any point of time without prior notice.
4. Lookbox Living has the absolute discretion to determine the eligibility of Participants. Such determination shall be final and conclusive and Lookbox Living is not obliged to give any reason for its determination.
5. There will be 1 Lucky Draw winner in total. Participants need to fulfil all participating criteria for the Giveaway and the winner will be drawn at random on 30 Sept (“Draw Date”) by Lookbox Living team.
6. The winner shall be notified via Instagram Message through his/her participating account within four (4) calendar days of the Draw Date.
HipVan will contact the winner and arrange the delivery of the furniture items to them. The delivery is restricted to Singapore addresses/locations only.
7. Prizes that are not redeemed within thirty (30) calendar days from the Draw Date will be forfeited. No correspondence or claims will be entertained in the event of such forfeiture. A Participant whose prize has been forfeited shall not be entitled to any payment or compensation whatsoever from Lookbox Living and/or HipVan.
8. Reserve winner will be drawn to replace any winner subsequently disqualified.
9. Prizes are not transferable, or exchangeable for cash, credits or any other item or otherwise, either partially or wholly. Use of the Prizes shall be subject to Lookbox Living’s terms and conditions.
10. By participating in the Giveaway, the Participants (including the Winner) are deemed to have consented to:
i) the collection, use and disclosure of his/her name, image by the Lookbox Living and participating brand partners for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other purposes without any payment and/or compensation except where prohibited by law; and
ii) receiving promotional, marketing and other publicity information from Lookbox Living from time to time.
