The homeowners chose to renovate their flat in a contemporary Scandinavian look with an emphasis on wood elements and clean-lined details. Interior design firm Weiken.com utilised a soothing palette of variegated brown, grey and white hues with thoughtful touches that kept the look current and bright.
To highlight the rustic character of the Scandinavian style, the designer from Weiken.com crafted a barn-style sliding door. It serves two purposes: to maximise the cooling of the air-conditioner in the living area when turned on, and to maintain privacy in the rooms when visitors are around.
