Space wasn’t a concern in this semi-detached house at Serangoon Gardens. Unimax Creative took on this re-construction project and breathed new life into the 7,500 sqft house.
With seven bedrooms and plenty of functional spaces, the designers had plenty of leeway to come up with an interior design that emphasises the glamour and luxury of living in a house as large as this. The lower floors are swathed in shades of white and grey, exemplified in the marble floors. The upper level however, has warmer chocolate tones lull you into a state of relaxation.
