This flat at Marina Drive is only 700 sqft, yet it doesn’t feel constricted, not even with the owner’s amassed collection of over 1,000 DVDs. Design company MOMO & Partners was unfazed by the spatial challenge and carried out a full renovation. The home now has an eclectic feel that takes it cues from the old and the new.
