Home Type: 3-bedroom condominium
Floor Area: 990 sqft
This 3-bedroom condo unit exudes a clean and modern flair, thanks to the designers from Living Gaia. To create a bright and refreshing space, a light-hued colour palette with wood grain finishes was applied to lend a soothing atmosphere to the home.
The living and dining areas are fully maximised with floor-to-ceiling storage compartments, booth dining seats, and additional seating along the bay window. The curved profile of the customised carpentry works helps to soften and smooth out the look.
The same palette of white and woody tones is also applied in the bedrooms, allowing for a sense of continuity in the entire home. One of the bedrooms is converted into a study room, providing a dedicated workspace for the homeowners. A full-height storage unit offers sufficient storage for books and office supplies.
In the master bedroom, the designers fit in additional storage by placing the bed on a raised platform with storage units underneath. The customised fabric headboard adds a touch a cosiness while panels of mirror above help to enhance the flow of light, allowing the room to look larger and more spacious.
