When you’re renovating a small home, it might seem like there’s not much that you can do. But interior design firm AC Vision Design rose up to the challenge in this 1+1 room condominium apartment. Besides a generous use of clear and tinted mirrors, the designers also integrated clever space-enhancing tricks like dual-function fixtures and a hidden entrance. Such measures ensure that the contemporary design scheme embodies a smooth and seamless continuity to advocate the wider illusion of space.
With the right measures of shiny, reflective surfaces such as mirrors, paired with matt materials like wallpaper and padded fabrics, the rooms feel spacious but cosy. The choice of a neutral colour palette with pale, earthy tones is the main catalyst that conjures an inviting ambience reminiscent of a boutique hotel suite.
