This year, the Swedish company celebrates the cherished memories that were (and will be) cultivated in your own home. This year’s catalogue isn’t just limited to the printed copy; it’s available online on the IKEA website. You can also whip out your smartphone or tablet, scan the pages of the catalogue, and enjoy extra content such as videos, ‘how-to’ guides and interactive photos! Android and iOS users can download the IKEA Catalogue App and get started by spotting all the phone symbols in the Catalogue.
Also launching is the IKEA PS 2012 design collection. 19 designers were given the task of reviving ideas, memories, thoughts, shapes and products from the past and to translate them into the future. More than 60 years of IKEA design has led to this collection of 46 new products.
