The IKEA 2016 catalogue puts the spotlight on life in and around the kitchen
31 August 2015
There are still three more months to go before the new year, but IKEA has already launched its 2016 catalogue. Packed with ideas and inspiration, the handy book will be delivered to every Singaporean household within the week.
In the IKEA 2016 catalogue, you’ll also find a greater focus on life in and around the kitchen. More than just a space for cooking, the modern kitchen is a communal space where families and friends gather to celebrate life’s special moments. As usual, the content of the IKEA catalogue features enhanced digital content for a more interactive experience. By using an app on your phone you’ll be able to access image galleries, 360-degree views and videos that create an immersive experience. Our favourite new technology is the ‘place in your room’ feature, where you can see – through your phone – how a piece of furniture will look when placed in your own home.
With the launch of the new catalogue, IKEA is also introducing its new METOD kitchen. The modular system – including frames, doors, hinges and drawers – gives you the freedom to customise a kitchen that works for you. Make the most of your kitchen space, whether big or small, with a myriad of solutions and choices, both in style and function. What’s more, the METOD kitchen range comes with a 25-year guarantee.
