What happens when you’re the ultimate Hello Kitty fan? The adorable cartoon character will probably take over your life and show up on your clothing, accessories and almost anything else you can imagine. The owners of this 4-room HDB flat went a step further, and took Hello Kitty mania to new levels. Helping them with their mission was design firm ted iD, who took a restrained approach to the Hello Kitty-themed home.
The cute Hello Kitty-theme can be seen all over this 1,100 sqft home, but never in an overwhelming manner. The kitchen, for example, is tastefully dressed in white with pops of red as an accent colour on the handles and trimming of the cabinets. At the same time, the design team decorated the backsplash with Hello Kitty decals.
