Understated Eloquence meets sleek sensibilities in this Sentosa Cove Residence Designed by Unimax Creative.

Sentosa Cove is inarguably one of the more exclusive residential enclaves in Singapore. And while it is a covetable address to own, that alone is not enough. A swanky interior to match the glamorous address would prove to be quite important too. This was the sentiment expressed by the owners of this three-storey Sentosa Cove residence that comes outfitted with a basement. For everyday living and luxury, Unimax Creative marries contemporary comforts and plush styling ideas in simple but practical ways.
What forms the very first impression when one steps into the residence is that of spaciousness as well as airiness. The house already boasts a generous floor area, but Unimax Creative wanted to further enhance that and thereby incorporated a full-height mirrored wall that stretches from the entrance right through to the end of the living area. As a result, the space is visually dramatised and doubled. Add to that, glass sliding doors heighten the sense of space and offer an unhindered view of the Sentosa Cove waterway and docking yachts. Off-white walls and existing marble flooring also lend a sumptuous feel to the space.
