The private lift lobby makes an elegant first impression with an exceedingly sleek, custom stainless steel shoe rack in a champagne finish. Despite its compact size, the space feels bright and open, thanks to the main door in glass that enhances light flow and offers an unobstructed view into the unit.
A picture of modern luxury, this home has an incredibly elegant and nuanced palette of creams and khaki, with nature-inspired textures, patterns and shapes woven in for added depth and sophistication. Working together on this project, designers Johnson Ng and Jayne Pang from Happe Design Atelier have considered the clients’ desire for me-time and shared moments with loved ones, and also included elements that make the home memorable.
The TV wall is a striking example of how curves are seamlessly woven into the interior design. Soft lighting peeks out to highlight the console, adding warmth and ambience, while the textured paint finish enhances its organic appeal. Echoing this motif, the false ceiling features matching curves, ensuring a harmonious and fluid aesthetic.
Perfect for entertaining, the pantry’s original dark walnut cabinets have been replaced to align with the home’s new luxurious aesthetic. The space now features a travertine-patterned countertop and backsplash, complemented by light cream, finely textured cabinetry. A built-in wine chiller seamlessly integrates into the design, making the pantry a refined yet practical space
The original layout was reimagined to better suit the homeowners’ lifestyle. “We transformed the master bedroom into a multifunctional space featuring the wife’s figurine display, a study nook, a massage chair corner and a wardrobe with a dedicated bag display. It is connected to bedroom 2, which is now the couple’s sleeping area,” says Johnson.
Having a comfortable and inspiring home office was a priority for the owners. Designed with soothing, muted tones and soft curves, the space enhances productivity while maintaining a sense of calm. “It’s a place where the couple can focus, and the curved display cabinet complements the home’s overall aesthetic,” says Jayne.
