Upping the luxury ante in the open-concept kitchen and the dining area is the lavish application of quartz. Say the designers of Meter Square: “We used it for the backsplash, kitchen counters and even customised the dining tabletop with quartz.” The premium surface is accentuated by grey anti-fingerprint laminated cabinetry. The designers also utilised Italian homogeneous tiles to complete the look.

No expense was spared in the master bathroom which carries an air of modern luxury. “Instead of implementing the usual 60cm by 60cm tiles, we chose longer tiles to play up the visual interest,” say the designers. They then arranged the faux marble patterned homogeneous wall tiles in a staggered formation and this adds to the striking aesthetic.

With the homeowners requiring a walk-in wardrobe for their master bedroom, the designers made the decision to merge a common bedroom with it. The new bedroom configuration offers room for an impressive boutique-style walk-in wardrobe. Featuring dark tinted glass and integrated recessed lighting, this set-up adds tons of class to the new connecting room.

Bespoke fixtures and furniture furnish the master bedroom with a hotel-worthy flair. The sleek design uniformity of wood grain laminates makes a five-star statement and draws out a tranquil quality conducive for rest. The warm colour scheme is punctuated by an outstanding glass display showcasing the homeowner’s coveted designer bags.
