Kitchen Culture has been holding cooking workshops to introduce home chefs to the wonders of the Irinox household blast chillers. Freddy, a built-in model, and Fresco, a freestanding version, are both based on 100% Italian patented technology and provide top quality shock freezing and blast chilling functions.

The workshops were held at Cookyn Inc, where participants had the opportunity to experience first hand the wonders of the Irinox blast chillers. On 4 November 2013, a group of mothers and their children were invited to try out the blast chillers, followed by a group of working professionals on 5 November 2013. Both sets of participants witnessed the benefits of having a blast chiller at home, and even enjoyed tasting portions whipped up by the chefs during the demonstration.
