While some may prefer sleek, shiny interiors, others, like the owner of this apartment finds value in a cosy, relaxed setting. For the owner and many others, home is a place when one can feel safe and comfortable, away from the hectic hours of the workday, and only an earthy space would do. When the owner, a banker by profession, engaged designer Thackeray Tan of Sky Creation Design, his idea of home was one with an amalgamation of Indian and Balinese inspirations, but with an overriding contemporary feel.
