This is a condominium showflat, but we can imagine living in it! Designed by Image Creative Design, the place oozes modern luxury and has a comfortable, cosy look that will be great for relaxing or even entertaining.
Upon stepping in, you will notice that the living area feels encapsulated. To invoke a cocooning effect, the designers clad the walls and dropped ceiling in a light wood laminate. It’s a little design trick that lends a cohesive look to the space, especially in open layouts.
In the dining area and open kitchen, a soft, natural palette can be seen. The design of the space emphasises sleek and seamless design, with a kitchen island that provides a worktop while zoning the cookspace and dining area.
Here, lighting plays an important role, with a mix of pendant lamps and cove lights for multiple layers of illumination.
In the master bedroom, Image Creative Design encouraged a sense of luxury by controlling the colour and material palette. Shades of grey and metallic silver bring a sheen to the room, while plush textures create an inviting vibe.
Especially of note is the headboard, created by combining upholstered geometric panels and metal grilles for a truly bespoke design.
Throughout the interiors, built-in carpentry also brings a seamless look while providing various options for storage and display, and the refined look of this showflat is achieved through a combination of lighting design, efficient space planning and elegant materials.
