From glowing castles to fire-led performances, Singapore Night Festival 2025 (22 Aug–6 Sep) brings 80+ experiences across Bras Basah.Bugis — celebrating heritage with a night-time twist.
Once a year, Bras Basah.Bugis sheds its city buzz for something altogether more magical. Streets glow with larger-than-life light works, heritage landmarks transform into story screens, and the precinct pulsates with music, performance, and late-night wanderers. This is the Singapore Night Festival — back from 22 August to 6 September 2025 with the theme Island Nights.
Island Waters (Chijmes)
In commemorate Singapore’s 60th year of independence, the festival turns our island heritage into a canvas for over 80 experiences. Expect dazzling projection mappings, interactive art installations, roving fire performances, and entire pop-up “villages” that invite you to slow down, mingle and rediscover the city after dark. Whether you’re chasing family-friendly fun, eye-popping photo ops, or just an excuse to soak up festival energy, there’s plenty to see, do, and share.

Sky Castle by ENESS (Cathay Green) → Step into a tunnel of glowing inflatable arches that change with sound and movement. Ticketed: S$5 via Klook.

CHIJMES — four new works from the Projection Mapping Masterclass → Island Waters (Lim KangLi) explores marine biodiversity; Awakening (tororo.aoi) tells shipwreck stories; Dari Pulau Ke Pulau (HAFI) traces cross-island journeys; Roadside Beauties and Healing Remedies (Adeline Kueh) celebrates wildflowers and herbal traditions.
