The Smeg kettle, toaster, blender and stand mixer are designed to balance technology with style
1 November 2016
Smeg is known for its beautifully iconic refrigerators, seen in many stylish homes in Singapore and around the world. In line with this, Smeg introduced range of small dmonestic appliances, in collaboration with Italian designers Matteo Bazzicalupo and Raffaella Mangiarotti of Deep Design.
The new collection consists of a toaster, kettle, blender and stand mixer, each with an enamel-coated stainless steel body, a sinuous base, graceful control knobs and marked by the iconic retro logo. The Smeg small appliances come in six luscious colours: black, red, cream, pastel blue, pastel green and pink, all designed to bring a pop of colour into the modern kitchen. The undeniable good looks of these appliances have also been recognised at the highest level. In fact, the Smeg stand mixer and toaster have won the iF International Design Award and the GOOD DESIGN Award in 2015.
