Conventions are thrown out the door in favour of old-school chic in this HDB flat by Three-D Conceptwerke
5 March 2013
It seems the trend towards yesteryear cool is in full swing as more and more grow weary of clinical lines, sharp corners and flavourless palettes. Homes such as this three-room flat prove that borrowing from the past has its benefits, not the least of which is the chance to express one’s quirkier side.
That said, the apartment is not all retro influences. Rather, it features a well-curated composition of both contemporary and retro elements, thanks to design firm Three-D Conceptwerke.
