AALTO’s latest additions to its bathroom and kitchen lines, the METEOR concealed basin mixer and the MIXAR pull-out kitchen mixer, are built on the same logic: durability and precision control matter just as much as first impression.
METEOR: Precision Under the Surface
The METEOR series takes its cues from minimalist bathroom design – its in-wall installation clears the counter space for a clean, uncluttered look. But the more meaningful detail sits underneath that finish: a high-density solid brass body, built for long-term corrosion resistance and structural integrity. The single lever is where the engineering shows up daily, ensuring a smooth, drip-free response while effortlessly controlling both temperature and flow volume. It’s available in Gun Metal finish.
MIXAR: Flexibility on Full Display
MIXAR takes a more visible approach to the same idea, putting its flexibility on full display rather than behind a wall. The pull-out spout is built around a gravity-ball reset system, which works with the pull hose to let the faucet move freely between extraction and reset – the hose doesn’t stay stretched out after use, and the pulling range isn’t confined to the boundaries of the sink. A button switch on the spray head toggles between three modes – traditional bubble stream, spray pattern, or aqua blade – so the tap adjusts to the task easily. It’s available in Brushed Steel finish.
