The Husk Sofa

Husk made its debut in 2011 as an armchair, and has since earned its place as a new design classic. Several iterations of Husk have followed, the most recent being Husk sofa in 2014. The wide range of colours, finishes and cover material options allows Husk to radically change its appearance to suit different interiors.

The Soft Pad & Executive, the cushier cousins of the Eames Aluminium Group, made their debut in 1969, and their simple lines, innovative use of materials, and suspension comfort have ensured their place as one of the most popular seating choices for both offices and homes for more than 50 years.
Star features:
#1 Innovative suspension creates a firm, flexible ‘sitting pocket’ that conforms subtly to the body’s shape. The suspension is created by stretching a continuous piece of seat-back upholstery tautly between lightweight aluminium side ribs. The foam cushions of the Soft Pad chairs will not flatten or clump over time.
#2 The one-piece, curved aluminium side ribs and die-cast aluminium base makes the chair strong, yet lightweight and easy to move around.

When Fritz Hansen debuted Ro in 2013, it soon became one of the brand’s most successful introductions of an easy chair. Ro is an icon for modern times, and the 2017 two-seater version offers comfort for two.

#1 High wing-back design lends privacy and creates an intimate space.
#2 The shell is a solid construction, created in hard polyurethane foam with fibreglass reinforcements along the edges.
#3 Seat cushion is made from moulded polyurethane foam in achieve the correct form and comfort.
#4 Backrest cushion is made of two slices of soft foam for enhanced ergonomics and comfort.
#5 Neck cushion is a construction of super soft foam and pressure moulded veneer. It’s mounted with two fittings, making it possible to change or reorder the entire neck cushion to the user’s preference.
