This 4-room HDB at Toa Payoh measures at only 1,000 sqft, but after the renovations done by interior design firm QuadWork, it feels much bigger than it is. This is thanks in part to the design tricks that QuadWork incorporated into the home.
Different textured surfaces play an important role in giving this HDB flat its unique character. From cement screed in the dining room to the mirrored panels in the foyer to the wood grains in the bedroom, this is a home that has successfully broken out of the trappings of a typical HDB home.
