Home to a couple and their two young children, this three-bedroom condominium unit in West Coast has a simple, clean-cut design.
Renovated by AC Vision Design, it sports an almost all-white look, accented with elegant neutral tones. Glossy textures and sumptuous soft furnishings give the interiors depth and a subtle luxurious feel.
Alicia, the designer leading the direction of this project, tells that the couple consulted a geomancer and had specific requirements for feng shui. She considered certain factors, such as the fire and water points in the kitchen, and suitable colours for the spaces, when designing the home.
The kitchen was reconfigured to have an open L-shape layout, to promote a good flow and ventilation, and the adjacent customised bar-feature wall in contrasting tones adds to the functionality of the space.
