Gwen Tan
Co-founder; Founder; Design Principal
Gwen Tan is co-founder of Formwerkz Architects, founder of Studio iF, and design principal of The Afternaut Group. A qualified architect with over 20 years of experience, her work spans residential, commercial and hospitality projects across Singapore and internationally.
Working across private and public sectors, Gwen leads teams in delivering considered design solutions that respond to different project needs while balancing functionality, longevity and sustainability. She was named one of Singapore’s 30 Most Influential Spatial / Interior Designers in 2025 and was part of the team awarded Building of the Year 2016 by the Singapore Institute of Architects (SIA) for Open House.
