This flat wastes no time in making a bold statement. The moment you step in, you’re greeted with a massive pathway composed of blue and white chevron tiles stretching all the way to the kitchen. The industrial-style living space also features a pegboard, which complements the raw and casual interior while providing open shelving for knick-knacks.
Every corner of the flat presents a photo opportunity. This includes the dining area, which is brought to life with a neon sign. Against the industrial look of the wooden dining table, vintage-looking pendant lights and arched glass doors, the designers painted the bottom half of the surrounding walls blue. This instantly brightens up the area and adds a more modern touch.
Eclectic elements work together harmoniously in the kitchen. While the cement screeded wall and subway tiles lend a sense of nostalgic industrialism, the blue cabinets and patterned floor tiles add a pop of colour and personality to rival that of a cafe.
