With a touch of sophistication and a focus on comfort, MYNMYN Studio reimagines this condo as a modern, luxurious sanctuary.
Project Type: 3-bedroom condominium unit
Floor Area: 1,220sqft
A perfect fusion of modern design and understated luxury, the living areas feature a muted earthy colour palette with textured wallpaper inspired by natural scenes. The plush sofa and dining set from Grey & Sanders offer both comfort and elegance, making the open-plan space an ideal spot for entertaining.
Renovated for a couple and their brother-in-law, the original all-white interiors have been transformed with custom furniture, rich textures, and high- end materials to deliver a refined and inviting environment. The foyer is welcoming with a sleek shoe cabinet and subtle lighting, setting the tone for the home’s sophisticated aesthetic.
MYNMYN Studio incorporated a modern yet warm design for the kitchen. Cabinetry decked in dark wood laminate from Lamitak contrasts beautifully with light stone countertops from Lian Hin, creating a clean, luxurious feel. The Grohe sink tap complements the space’s sleek finish, while 3M vinyl stickers provide subtle detailing, enhancing both form and function.
The master bathroom is much like one in a swanky hotel, with a wall-to-wall mirror and premium finishes. With the strategic use of natural materials like marble and state-of-the-art sanitaryware from Grohe and hansgrohe, the space bears a spa- like quality.
The master bedroom continues the theme of understated luxury, with a striking Arte wallpaper accent wall setting the tone for the space. The bedframe from Commune and laminate finishes by Lamitak and Panaplast enhance the serene and inviting atmosphere. Soft lighting and plush fabrics ensure a comfortable, restful retreat.
For what might be wasted space, MYNMYN Studio capitalised on the bay window to include a built-in desk and cabinet for additional storage. This design manoeuvre expertly navigated the narrow layout, increasing usable space for the couple without the need to expand the bedroom.
The design strategy focused on creating visual continuity through all the spaces, ensuring each room complements the other seamlessly. Despite the specialised material sourcing challenges due to tight timelines, MYNMYN Studio’s attention to detail and careful coordination ensured the elegant, cohesive design was delivered on time.
