Home Type: HDB Executive Apartment
Floor Area: 1,300 sqft
Third Avenue Studio took on the task of redesigning this HDB executive flat for a family of four. The interior designers came up with a home that would, first and foremost, cater to the owner’s love for cooking and entertaining.
The floor plan was reconfigured so that the kitchen entrance wouldn’t be too close to the bedroom entrances. Now, a hanging partition (also a shoe cabinet) demarcates the opening into the kitchen. Timber-lookalike tiles wrap the entire kitchen and instills an immediate sense of warmth and welcome.
