The 4000-square-foot showroom marks a significant milestone for the firm as the team has grown from five to over
40 members.
What is your company’s background?
We started in a small office at Purvis Street with a team of five people. We saw the need in this industry for a reliable agency that would provide interior design, space planning, building and project management with a long term, professional commitment to contribute to the success of a well-completed interior, be it a home or commercial project. From 2003 to 2005, The Orange Cube became HDB’s official show flat designers; having designed and constructed 13 show flats across Singapore. Building on this success, we started expanding our scope of projects, from tackling HDB to private apartments, and landed properties to commercial projects.
What makes your firm and its work unique?
We are meticulous in our work and provide quality design solutions that suit the client’s needs and budgets. In addition, with the in-house architects’ expertise, we have also made a foray into the design and build of landed houses in 2007, and now offer a complete and comprehensive range of design and build services for landed housing.
What is your recent milestone?
We are very excited to have opened our new carpentry factory last year. It was a necessary move as we take on more projects year on year. This way, we can ensure fast and efficient deliverables while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
“Our mission is to create a visually stunning yet functional living space that complements our client’s taste, and is also conducive in a practical sense.”
– Wendy Leong, Senior Design Consultant
