The Right Blend

When it comes to the design of their abodes, many home owners prefer the simplicity of contemporary styles. However, while some feature excessively glossy and over-the-top designs, others can lean too much towards the minimalist’ style. Indeed, it takes a keen designer’s eye to strike the right balance in creating a home that is not too cold or alienating.

For the design of this home for a couple and their two teenage sons, the design team from Classic Ideas has managed to do just that. Against the mainly neutral material palette, they incorporated some details for a touch of personality.
