Small homes often pose a challenge because of the constraints in space. But it is their very compactness that encourages a smarter design, like this innovative four-room HDB flat by ID Emboss.
Standing at just 950 sqft, the apartment located at McNair Road is home to a couple and their young boy. The limited space means storage options must be versatile yet practical. “It’s quite challenging because it’s a small space so I tried to incorporate as many things as possible,” one of the designers divulges.
