This showflat by Ciseern demonstrates how a small apartment can still support a lifestyle of luxury

When design firm Ciseern sets its hands to do up a showflat, its design team gives it all they’ve got. Their recent showflat for a home exhibition was no different. However, they also wanted to simulate the constraints and limitations that people might face with a three-room flat. Their intention: demonstrate how a small home can still benefit from big design ideas.
The running theme here is a pristine white palette as a blank canvas that supports different design elements. In the living room, the designers created a feature wall made out of a series of light boxes. Each LED light bulb is encased in a powder-coated aluminium box with perforated holes along the sides.
Understanding that many modern homeowners appreciate dual-purpose rooms, the design team combined the dining room with the kitchen. A long kitchen island doubles up as the dining table, and come with additional storage cabinets. Like the living room, the designer left the kitchen in all-white surfaces, but added a surprise to break the monotony.
