Employees of Smeg and Ariston, their contractors, related agencies or members of immediate family are ineligible to enter this competition
By entering into the draw, the entrant warrants that they satisfactorily meet the entry requirements and accepts the terms and conditions associated with the draw
The competition commences 09:00am (SGT) Monday 29th May 2023 and closes 11:59pm (SGT) Thursday 29h June 2023
Each prize will be drawn individually and have individual and separate recipients

Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash
Winners will be notified by email on Tuesday 4th July 2023
The winners’ names will also be posted on www.lookboxliving.com.sg on Tuesday 4th July 2023
The draw and the announcement of the prize winners will be scrutinised by an independent party
The winner is required to reply to the email accepting the prize and confirming their name and delivery details within ten (10) business days from Tuesday 4th July 2023
The winner’s name and contact details will be passed on to respective parties orchestrating prize collection (Ariston and Communication Indesign), who will contact the winner to arrange the collection
Collection of the prize will be arranged between the winner and the prize giver (for Ariston) and Communication Indesign (for Smeg), with prizes to be collected and accepted by the winner by 15 August 2023. Prizes not claimed within this time will be forfeited
The random prize draw will take place 10:00am (SGT) on Monday 3rd July 2023. The winner will be selected at random
Whilst best efforts will be made to contact the winner, in the event that reasonable attempts at notification fail for whatever reason and receipt of notification by the above specification is not provided, the winner will forfeit the prize and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize. If the prize is unclaimed after ten (10) business days from Tuesday 4th July 2023, it will be redrawn on 18th July 2023 at the same time and place as the original draw and the new winner notified by email
By entering and participating in the draw, the entrant agrees to hold harmless, defend and indemnify Communication Indesign Pte Ltd from and against any and all claims, demands, liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), losses, costs or expenses, with respect to or arising out of or related to: (i) entrant’s participation in the draw, or (ii) entrant’s participation in any prize related activities, acceptance of a prize and/or use or misuse of a prize (including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury or death caused to any person(s))
The prizes are supplied by third parties to Communication Indesign Pte Ltd. These prizes are subject to conditions imposed by Smeg and Ariston
The prizes are to be the responsibility of the third party company supplying them. Should the prizes differ from the products advertised or be delivered with fault, the winner should, where reasonably appropriate, liaise directly with the company
Delivery of Smeg prizes will be orchestrated Communication Indesign Pte Ltd, and delivery of Ariston prizes will be orchestrated by Ariston
In the event that the winner is not present to accept delivery of the prize or delivery cannot otherwise be made, the winner must pay the cost of redelivery
Communication Indesign Pte Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any and all entrants where there is reasonable cause to suspect any unlawful or improper conduct, such as submitting false information, infringing the intellectual property rights of third party’s involved in the draw, or if there has otherwise been a breach of the competition terms and conditions
Communication Indesign Pte Ltd respects and protects the privacy of our users. The Lucky Draw and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore and all Participants (including the Winners) are deemed to have agreed to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore Courts.
