Who we are:
IN-EXPAT began as a small start-up in a 1,500-square-foot workshop, handling small projects and focusing on general contractor work. Since then, we’ve grown from strength to strength. From first idea to design, we now undertake all aspects of general building works, ensuring that every project is literally built to last. Along every step of the way, we’ll take care of everything for you as a one-stop integrated Design and Build solution provider.
Importantly, we believe that design should be easy and made transparent for everyone. We want to circumvent the traditional way of construction by designing and building everything in-house to ensure quality craftsmanship and convenient services for our customers.
What makes us unique:
We have our own factory for CNC and carpentry services.
The recent acquisition of a fleet of CNC machinery allows us to do laser cutting and drilling of acrylic, steel and wood. This enables us to push design boundaries to achieve every designer’s wish to be able to build what they dream of.
How we build meaningful spaces:
We believe a well-planned layout is like a blueprint of a home. A purposefully built space must be able to incorporate functionality and aesthetics.
