This home is clearly made for comfort and relaxation. Designed as a luxurious retreat for the family, it comes with a lap pool as well as a spa pool, which are no doubt welcomed treats after a long day. Lush foliage shields both pools away from the main driveway and creates a beautiful environment for lounging outdoors.
An expansive living room sets the stage to host visitors and large gatherings. Situated just beside the lap pool, the living room can be opened up to offer direct access to the wooden deck and the pool. To cater to the different personalities within the household, this home also has a movie room, a gym, and a wine cellar.
In the kitchen, an island counter functions as the main hub of activity. Besides being used for food preparation, it also houses an induction cooktop and an island extractor hood. Customised cabinets cover the walls from floor to ceiling, providing ample storage while at the same time allowing for multiple built-in ovens, warming drawers, and refrigerators.
Like a frameless picture window, the glass wall in the dining room brings the outdoors in and gives this luxurious retreat a breath of fresh air. With beautiful landscaping along the perimeter of the house, it is no surprise that in addition to this, there is a separate alfresco dining area for whenever the family decides to enjoy the natural weather or have barbecues.
Decked in similar palettes of neutral colours and woodgrains, all the bedrooms in this home tie in with the overall design aesthetic and convey an inviting atmosphere. In this bedroom, the designers from Prozfile gave the bed a custom-built frame with recessed lighting, a nightstand, and a cosy settee. Combined with the shelving units, the settee makes for a perfect reading spot.
The bathroom oozes a hotel-worthy appeal with floor-to-ceiling marble-effect tiles. Stretching along the entire wall, the long vanity counter is installed with his and hers washbasins, wall-length mirrors and under-counter cabinets. Glass walls demarcate the WC and the shower stall, keeping the bathroom bright and spacious.
