For the last two decades, design students around the world have referred to ‘A Smile in the Mind’ as one of the most influential books in design and branding. On 16 March 2016, an updated version of the book debuted in Singapore, 20 years after its original.
‘A Smile in the Mind’ is co-authored by The Partners’ executive creative director Greg Quinton and writer Nick Asbury, with the former attending the book launch in Singapore. Held at the Library@Orchard, Greg spoke about the new edition of the book and how it features over 1,000 projects from 40 countries, each embodying “witty thinking” in design and branding.
The book is available at major bookstores. Check out some of our favourite pages, with designs that will, truly, make you smile!
