Not many homes can successfully make an all-white interior feel homely and welcoming. In this condominium apartment, the designers from Habitat One managed it with great aplomb.

This was achieved with angular lines in the form of the cabinetry and shelving throughout the rooms that add visual interest to the space. Even the ceiling in the living room is outfitted with strips of lights that convolute into blocky shapes. Another way that the designers encourages a cosy vibe is by introducing wood accents into the design. This is best seen in the living and dining areas, where parts of the walls and ceilings are clad in warmer materials like wood laminates and wallpaper. Soft furnishing like a shag rug and scatter cushions bring another dimension of cosiness into this home.
