Not everyone is a risk-taker when it comes to the design of their home, and understandably so – the investments into a home renovation are great. For many, there is no better option than that of simple modernity when it comes to the renovation of the home. For the owners of this four-room HDB flat in Sengkang, it was obvious that a modern home defined by clean lines, open spaces and a soothing colour palette would suit them best.
The owners had specifically requested not to have too much carpentry. This was largely due to the fact that they wanted the home to feel as spacious as possible and having too much built-in furniture can sometimes weigh a space down.
