Clean lines are important to the owner of this 2-bedroom condominium at Sixth Avenue Residence, and designer Jael from TAIMS Interior easily met his demands. She also went a step further to prevent the interiors from looking too minimalistic. In the living area, walls are sheathed in wallpaper that features different textures, patterns and shades of grey. With his refined taste the homeowner also wanted a place that could showcase his furniture collection. This includes the cream-coloured Arcadia sofa by Italian furniture brand Poltrona Frau, the Butterfly Stool by designer Sori Yanagi and the Kartell bar stools are just some of the furniture he chose for the space.
The dry kitchen and bar counter echo the colour scheme and material palette in the living room, anchored by the Vertigo suspension lamp that hangs gently above the counter. Strict lines remain a crucial factor to a sense of balance and harmony in the bedroom design., where Jael strived to create a plush and luxurious space that is elegant yet cosy.
