On 5 and 6 June 2015, IKEA held its Bed & Bath Ultimate Test competition. Adec Thng and Jennifer Ong beat 9 other finalists – all couples – to emerge as the winners. The couple walked away with the grand prize of a $10,000 IKEA bedroom makeover and a brand new Volvo V40 Sports Hatch.
Adec and Jennifer were always among the top five amongst the ten finalists. Their quick thinking, creativity and DIY training came into good use in the last three games where they were required to assemble an IKEA PS 2014 wardrobe, assemble and decorate the RAST nightstand and FULLEN mirror cabinet.
