Barbecue parties at home just got a lot better as premier grill Weber arrives in Singapore with the ultimate cookout at ilLido at the Cliff.
Pioneered in the US and now in Asia, Weber is creating a new grilling experience with the now-iconic Weber Kettle Grill. The hands-on barbecue party gave us the opportunity to experience the capabilities of the Kettle Grill and the rest of Weber’s grills for ourselves.
Under the guidance of grill professionals from Weber Australia, we had much fun preparing a variety of dishes like honey spatchcock chicken, seared ribeye steak, margherita pizza, and even brownies! The versatility of the Weber to cook so many different types of food is no doubt impressive.
To end off the lovely evening, local foodie personality Magdalene See, who is also a pastry chef, FLY artiste and founder of Fait Maison Blog, used the Weber grill to cook up some delicious sambal stingray and demonstrated her own original recipe of Portuguese egg tarts.
