Project Creative is a tightknit team of six. What it lacks in manpower, it more than makes up with hard work, dedication and an unbridled passion for interior design. Each member of the 6-man team has a clearly defined role within the company but because of its structure, everyone is proficient in handling multiple responsibilities. “We’re so small, even our directors are designers,” says Keith Toh, Project Creative’s project director.
One of the advantages of working in a smaller team is the ability to easily communicate between team members. At Project Creative, this leads to cohesive designs and smooth processes. “We have weekly meetings to catch up and find out what one another are doing. It’s a good way to get on the same page and work towards the same goals,” Keith adds.
This community spirit and sense of camaraderie are factors that work well for Project Creative. In June 2016, the company moved to a new showroom at Race Course Road. This is its third expansion in the span of two years, proof that the fledging company is doing well for itself. But as Keith puts it, there’s always room for improvement. “We have big missions and goals. We want to build the team up with reliable and passionate people. We believe in what we’re doing, and we hope that the homeowners who come to see us will feel the same way.”
